Chukwudi Ajike-Kalu

Chukwudi Ajike-Kalu oversees the marketing and communications department at Novena Systems & Technologies Inc. as Head, Marketing Communications Specialist. He’s a seasoned dynamic professional with strong passion for excellence and he is result-oriented.

He has over 15 years combined professional experience with a demonstrated history working across the financial services industry as Investment & Portfolio Management, Business Relationship Management, Business Process Management and Corporate Communications services. He joined Novena Systems & Technologies Inc. in 2023 from STI Assets Management Limited as Investment Manager. Prior to that, he worked as Business Development Manager in Gebocaci Nigeria Limited; as Team Lead, Capital Market Operator in Access Bank Plc and as a Fixed Income Trader & Treasury Sales Executive in Diamond Bank Plc.

Chukwudi Ajike-Kalu started his career as a Personal Banking Officer, under Retail Banking division with Diamond Bank Plc and rose to Team Lead, Corporate Promotions & Sponsorships supervising the bank’s public activities, events and developing marketing strategy initiatives. Chukwudi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics & Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is skilled in business relationship, project management and digital marketing.

He has attended several professional trainings both locally and internationally. He’s a SEC licensed sponsored individual, a member of Financial Market Dealers Association (FMDA), Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria (ICEN), and Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).
